Shipping policy

We take our customers receiving their orders very serious and will make sure all orders go out in a timely manner.

All RTS orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days to create and get shipped out. Preorders are processed and shipped within 7-10 days. Please make sure not to include RTS items and preorder items together if you are not willing to wait the 7-10 business days. Shipping cost is based on weight. 

We provide free shipping for orders $199 before discounts and taxes. You will not be able to get free shipping if your order is not over $199 before taxes.

We also offer local pickup in the Winston Salem area at owner’s local location. Please check local pickup at checkout. Owner will email or message location, day, and time of pickup. If you are unable to meet at the local location provided by the owner, a delivery fee will be added to your price. If items are not picked up within two days of completion, the owner will reach out to you for your items to be shipped on the customer's expense.
